More life drawing, what a surprise!

No time these days to come up with new "fancy" stuff. Old is the word!
So, here are two more life drawing type exercises.

  1. LINES! Lovely, wonderful, absolutely beautiful lines and shadows! These are gorgeous, Marcos. They really inspire me to do a lot more simplification till only the essentials are there. She looked like a great model too!

    I have to say the model was great, I already posted other drawings of that session before.
    About simplification, I do find it more important everyday... whatever doesn't contribute to the piece is just getting in the way.

  22. I've always loved your line work, it has such a calligraphic feel to it, very energetic and full of life. The second model looks very much like a model I know here in L.A. Athena is her name.. very much a Frazetta type build to her.
