... my laptop from hell is not allowing me to upload more than one image at a time right now so... here they come in chapters. These are from a recent visit to the L.A. zoo, really cool place to go sketch some interesting characters indeed.
That laptop must be really acting up for you to call it the Laptop from Hell. I've not heard such strong language in a while from you! :)
The zebra on this post? Looks exactly like what Miss Trouble might look like after being woken up too early - 'Don't Mess With Me'. Funnily enough there was a fish in the aquarium I visited on vacation that was an alligator fish, something like yours! He looks very comfortable sunning himself in that sketch...
What else can I say? Such -beautiful- ink work and the gorilla looks content, and the zebra may be the one you drew before, but hey, he's posing for you!
