you must see "Attack!" an intense psycho thriller set during the battle of the bulge.
It is filmed in noir style and views like a graphic novel.
lee Marvin, Jack Palance, Eddie Albert. a wealth of ideas in noir design.

I saw Attack a few weeks ago and immediately thought of your work. Growing up in the early 60s WW II was a big part of a boys life, through movies and comic books and people's experiences.
It was a horrible war but epic in its scope and story.
