Huntington / Culver City (more memories)

The peace of Huntington Gardens in Pasadena on a February morning in 2009, and lunch time sketching in Culver City two years before that. Two very intense experiences indeed...:)

Peaceful indeed, that's a -beautiful- garden. And a beautiful sketch - and oh that man is just so SLEEPY. Beautiful marker strokes!

That garden wouldn't stay peaceful though if Miss Trouble were wandering by.

How is it that a few simple lines and color makes me want to be in that beautiful Japanese garden? You're incredible Marcos!

-Hey Shuku, the man might look sleepy although he was actually having lunch, really focused on it I have to say. Huntington is really amazing although as you say, wouldn't be that peaceful wtih certain character around!

-Thanks Mahesh
